We are currently located in Reston, Virginia. Our meal prep service is available throughout northern Virginia. We are soon planning to expand to the south Florida area coming 2026!

All meals are made with real, whole ingredients—no seed oils, no refined sugar, and always gluten-free. We create nourishing, flavorful meals that support your health goals and busy lifestyle.

No! We work directly with you to plan a menu based on your preferences and needs. We have menus that will be sent to you for inspiration on what you can choose but we can also accomodate any of your other requests!

Yes! For our meal prep service, we specialize in custom menus and can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, anti-inflammatory, and any other preferences.

You can have all the grocery shopping done for you for an additional fee. If you prefer to do the grocery shopping, you will be sent a list of everything you need to have ready for our meal prep day.

Pricing depends on the number of meals and servings you’d like each week. We’ll go over everything during your initial consultation once we review your form submission.

We’ll review your form and reach out within 24–48 hours to schedule your free 20 minute consultation and answer any specific questions you may have.

Other meal prep companies offer a set menu each week and are not personalized to fit your families preferences or needs. Instead of ordering off a weekly menu for pickup or delivery, we come to you and prepare all the meals you selected using your own kitchen. This allows for us to control all the ingredients and adjust to fit any dietary restrictions in your household.

Here at Pure Roots Kitchen, one of our goals is to cut out the noise of diet culture — in accordance with those goals, we do not believe in consuming based on numbers. Our focus is to shift away from numbers and instead focus on what the calories are made of. We can guarantee that everything we make is full of pure, whole, nourishing ingredients that your body will thank you for.

Our recipes are all made without gluten and we also have some dairy free options along with vegan too. Check out our products page to see some of our options. However, please note, we do operate out of a shared commercial kitchen space which does process gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and egg. Because we are not a certified allergen friendly kitchen, we are not liable for any cross contamination that may occur prior to our operations.
